• A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required in order to reserve a site
• Three night minimum required for any reservation on a signature site.
• Reservations will be confirmed at the time deposit is received
• Balance is due upon check in
• Cancellations received at least seven days prior to arrival will be assessed a $10.00 service fee with the remaining balance being refunded
• Any cancellation received less than seven days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.

• Three night minimum stay for Easter, Bike Week, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & New Year's

• Any cancellation or date modification received less than seven days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Sorry. No exceptions.

Holiday Reservations

  *For all rentals less than one month, the Certified Pool Operator (CPO)on duty will determine the daily condition of the water. Should the CPO determine that the water must be changed, the guest will be subject to the above cleaning fee of $25.00
