1. One Bedroom rates are based on a family of 2 traveling in one vehicle.
   
   
2. Maximum occupancy for One Bedroom cottages is 2 adults and 1 child.
   
   
3. Two Bedroom rates are based on a family of 4 traveling in one vehicle.
   
   
4. Maximum occupancy for Two Bedroom cottages is 4 adults and 2 children.
   
   
5. Extra Adults - $10.00 each per day.
   
   
6. Extra Children - $5.00 each per day.
   
   
7. Pets are not allowed in cottages.
   
   
8. Smoking is not allowed in cottages.
   
   
9. A deposit of one night's stay is required in order to reserve a cottage.   Reservations will be confirmed at the time deposit is received.  Balance is due upon check-in.
   
   
10. Check-in is 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am.

*Note: Rescheduling dates of stay are subject to a $10.00 service fee. Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a $10.00 service charge with the balance being refunded. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of deposit.
